"On July 3, we did not get our coffees. Decided to stay there at the hotel for the convenience the service at Cays lounge was beyond terrible on Fourth of July. We got a table nobody ever came to clean up. I had to flip over the table cover because the other family that was there had used it up lots of food stains, etc. they ran out of food so I had to re-order and I never received my food. My family ate, and I was left hungry because my food never arrived, nor did anyone bother to check in a...
