Holiday Inn Corpus Christi Downtown Marina by IHG
The AC did not work properly. It ran full blast unless turned completely off. If someone was showering next door, the toilet would not flush. No exhaust in the bathroom. Mildew/Mold in corner of bathtub. Room smelled like sewage sometimes. Bedding smelled sour. We won't stay there again.

The front desk and maintenance staff friendly and helpful. The lower rating on the property is because the curtains were torn and need to be replaced.

Parking easy. Well lighted next to rooms, but not at fences or periphery. The grounds need more consistent upkeep--picking up debris, small trash (especially cigarette butts) especially on stairs.
