"This is an exceptional place, full of character. Thoughtfully appointed, immaculately clean and very quiet and comfortable. Carlo, the proprietor, was wonderful---friendly, very helpful and lots of fun to talk to . He even lugged our bags up to the apartment, which is on the top floor with a terrace and great view. "Was a issue with the traffic zone behind the hotel , the link that was sent didn't open so we went into a limited traffic zone and received a fine , lady at check in was kind of rude to this fact but it is what it is "

"Rooms had tea but no coffee, which I thought was weird and petty. I just didn't get it -- does a packet of instant coffee cost that much more than a tea bag? Also: the breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:30 a.m., but most of the trays were empty by 10."

"Couldnt fault the hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and location couldnt have been better. However, being in the centre of the city the noise outside the hotel on Friday and Saturday night went on until about 3.30 which made it impossible to sleep. Great the other two nights though."
