"We've just returned from.a 4 night stay and can't fault the hotel at all. Location was excellent, room was big, bed huge and very comfy! We only used the breakfast buffet once unfortunately as we were out & about very early but the choice was really good, we were well catered for! Staff were fab and very helpful. We will absolutely use this hotel again."
"We stayed in the most extraordinary room I have ever seen. All four windows overlooked the rooftops of Bologna. The light at all hours was like a painting. The remote control shades gave you control of the amount of light you experienced. It was complely private but you could see the cathedrals and towers unobstructed.
The staff was minimal but very helpful and gracious. The linens were clean and high quality. An extraordinary place."
"Lovely spotless room at a very good price in the centre of Bologna, comfortable bed and good breakfast options. I note some reviews have criticised the breakfast, but I have to say, given the price paid, the breakfast is a bonus! To make the experience better tea/coffee facilities could be provided in the rooms rather than in a communal area, to allow for a morning cuppa in your own privacy, but nonetheless I would certainly visit again! "What a treat to stay in one of the Phi Hotel apartments in the heart of Bologna. Comfortable, clean with lots of room and well equipped kitchen- with lots of coffee. Serviced every day. Reception in hotel very helpful. "

"Our whole stay was very enjoyable at the Hotel Touring. The staff are all very helpful and always want to do their best for you. Reception staff provide good advice. Our buffet breakfasts were included and offered good quality and variety. The main parts of the city are walkable and the more immediate vicinity can meet most needs, with varied and good choices for local restaurants serving regional dishes."

Was a quiet and safe area.
Refrigerator kept drinks super cold which was great as weather was extremely hot.
Air Conditioners in kitchen and bedroom were a little noisy. Overall a very good stay and would recommend."
"Thoroughly recommend this accommodation choice for a stay in Bologna. Spacious clean rooms and right on the main square. My check in was a little complicated because i had 2 trains cancelled and missed the host but i have to say communication was very good despite that and after brief confusion i was soon in my room. Would definitely return if i was back in Bologna. "
"Close to the train station and there is a bus stop across the street to get into the main part of Bologna. The room was big, clean and comfy. Breakfast was very good with good options. We didn't use any of the facilities since we were only there for the night and spent the day exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we come back."
