"I booked my stay with breakfast included. However, when I arrived for breakfast on the morning, I was told that only a continental breakfast was included, and that I would have to pay extra for a full breakfast. This was very misleading, as one of the main reasons I booked this stay was because I believed breakfast was included as stated in the booking. The booking information did not clearly state that only a continental breakfast was provided. Although the staff apologised, I was still charged...

"My wife and I both agreed that the overnight stay we had there was very good, everything you could have wanted was there, the bed was lovely and the room was spot on. The next morning we went down to the restuarant and to an excellent breakfast. All in all we would have no hesitation in staying there again."

"The first room was up 4 flights of stairs which was difficult having COPD the central heating was permanently on and couldn't turn it off, it made a racket all night stopped us sleeping, they eventually moved us to a bungalow which was much better but the hot water was boiling hot and could be very dangerous for children . There was NO restaurant or bar which was advertised . it was self catering but no shop to buy food and the internet on for 4 days Not impressed and would not recommend"

"I would stay again but its no good for those who work and need Breakfast. I didn't have B/Fast because it would make me late for work. B/Fasts need to start at 0700 hrs not at 0800 as it doesn't allow for normal day workers."

"The location was great with a lovely sea view. All the staff were pleasant especially Josh who helped with bags . My only complaint is the standard of the room. It's very dated and needs TLC . Plaster falling off some of the walls. No bedside tables. Old shower curtain. Also breakfast was extra. We spoke with other people who was staying at another hotel cheaper rate with breakfast included. I wouldn't book again."

"Nice comfy room with a sea view, comfortable bed, super friendly staff, a nice pub and good breakfast in a great location. Also parking was free :) there were just minor things to improve - the door handle in the bathroom was loose as well as the temperature setting in the shower. Also internet was unstable so if you wanna stream something, its almost impossible. We had room 12 on the third floor, which we didnt mind, but consider if youre older or require accessibility :-)"
