"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. "For us the main reason to come to Vevey was to go to the Chaplin Museum, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel, everything was perfect: the room, service, location, the hotel is in a very beautiful building situated on a lake. We loved Vevey, it is a quiet place, very relaxing, a short bus ride to the museum, the hotel gives a free pass to the public transportation. I strongly recommend the hotel, Vevey and the fantastic Chaplin Museum. "

Overall, horrible experience, the worst of our trip in Switzerland. "
