"Right in the heart of Milan . Staff were great and the room was great. the only downside which is an issue of logistics is leaving the property had to walk someways to get our ride"

"Great accomodation and walking distance to public transportation and heart of Milan. The staff are very helpful and friendly. No elevators so bit of a challenge going upstairs with heavy luggages as the stairs are narrow. Quiet location for a great rest at night even with open windows. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Milan."

"Lobby’s small yet homey feel, like our own living room. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Spacious room, perfect location for shopping and dining. The only downside is the small cubicle shower place(kinda small space and floor are slippery/smooth surface)."

"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"The location is fantastic. The room is great. We were upgraded to essentially a 2 room suite. It was very large and spacious. The breakfast is delicious and served either on the 5th floor terrace or in your room. We took advantage of both options. The staff is very helpful and kind. I would happily stay here again."

"Rooms are well designed. The hotel is located and as close to shopping and restaurants. The sister hotel gym was a plus.. The staff were so accommodating and nice and had great suggestions. I would stay here again. Big thumbs up."
