Staff was very helpful and friendly. Ordered sandwiches to take to the room but they insisted on delivering them. Very nice. Free shuttle to/from airport is great

Great location in the Castello area of Venice near the Arsenale (the far eastern end of the city). Perfect location for attending Biennale, which is held in the Arsenale and the Giardini gardens (each a five minute walk). Summertime Family Resort
Nice accommodation, albeit a little tired in places. However, you've everything you need and everything worked without issue. Lots of activities on for younger children if you want to make use of the kids club. Having reserved loungers etc on the beach was worthwhile having included in the price. ...
