"Best hotel I've been to in Cincinnati, highly recommend and especially if you are attending a Reds game best view and 5 minute walk to the stadium!"

"Hotel was good. We stayed on the 20th floor which the view was amazing. Bed very comfortable. The only downside was check-in took long. Was supposed to be at 4.00pm But are room wasn’t available till 5:30pm."

"Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "

"This place is amazing! It has plenty of character and is not a cookie cutter hotel by any means. The room had an incredible hydrowall shower, exposed brick wall, beautifully elegant lighting fixture over the bed, and a very comfy mattress. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was great if you're in town to catch a Reds game, plenty of places to eat within walking distance (safe to walk around after the ballpark crowd has cleared out). Definitely worth the stay and I'll be back...

"Eclectic and quirky design elements here and there, in alignment with the hotel also sharing space with an art gallery/museum. My room was impeccable: well-laid out, spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner at the bar at Metropole was delightful, as was breakfast in the main room the next day. Very conveniently located, too! My only complaint was that the coffeemaker or phone in my room did not work, and despite three attempts to get that sorted it out, it wasn't taken care of. More a situation...

"We stayed for two nights to go to a wedding. The day of check-in it was a madhouse with all of the guests and only two employees working the desk. The staff wanted me to take a lesser room because it was available, but I’d already paid for a deluxe room. They were quick to turn around the room for us to get in. "Very pretty corner hotel, great location. We stayed in the King room with the sofa bed. Room looks a little bigger in the Expedia images, but still plenty big for two people. I like that I can connect my YouTube, Netflix etc to the tv. Some hotels don’t offer that still? Room was updated with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker iron/board, can’t remember if I saw a safe in the closet but I didn’t bring valuables that wouldn’t be on my person. Large windows and tv.
