"Had the manager come into the breakfast room to say hello to everyone BUT my table… I brought this up at check out and her excuse was because I was eating she didn’t want to disturb - mind you the breakfast room is at MOST 8 small tables ( very intimate) while the other guests were eating she had lovely conversations with every single one of them BUT me. Terrible terrible customer service… they pick and choose who to give great service to. Overall beautiful stunning property & would love to...

"My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here! You would never know there were other guests staying on the property because of how peaceful and quiet it is. The property sits on a mountain with so many beautiful pathways and secluded areas that it feels incredibly private and peaceful. Everything was so well maintained, and the mountain views were absolutely amazing. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming-there wasn't a single worker that wasn't amazing. And the included breakfast was...

The food was a buffet style with a variety of options and overall the food was good. We were supposed to have a partial sea view room but were...

"Unfortunately, our stay at Pula Suites was incredibly disappointing. Upon our arrival, check in kept on changing, despite the booking saying 1pm. Once we had checked in, we were taken to a room which was not the room we booked - it was a much cheaper option. We were not informed of this until we arrived at our room and knew it wasn’t the one we booked. Upon informing the hotel staff, they said the room we booked was no longer available for 2 nights out of our stay. We were not informed of this...
