"I had originally booked the holiday inn for mine and my daughter’s Disney trip. When we arrived at the holiday inn I was really disappointed and I was able to book the Hilton. As soon as we arrived at the Hilton I knew I made the right choice. Check in was amazing. I told the staff member what happened and she upgraded my room to a Disney view and gave me free breakfast! The room was amazing, the hotel was amazing. They have a shuttle service through a 3rd party that takes you to Disney! I...

"Heater & TV didn’t work. No one answers the front desk line for help. Stiff pulling shower knob probably not a good idea for room for folks needing easy access to hot water. Missed having a full length mirror in the room. Pillows were awful for the neck. Restaurant staff was very nice. Food is adequate. Liked their old menu options better. Handicap button on B1 didn’t work, but B2 worked fine. "
