The breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was clean. Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. It was a great stay overall. I would definitely book again.
Hello we enjoy our stay really had a blast on for the weekend will be staying again. What I’ll think it will help out more was the ac in the room it wasn’t bad but not great the room wouldn’t get cold but other than that was a good to be at.
The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Glad body wash and lotion were available in the room. Staff was pleasant. We had the buffet breakfast and it had good options. Overall our stay was great.
I thought the hotel was very nice and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful!! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We traveled all the way from Wisconsin and found California hospitality to be very impressive!
My only complaint is very mild and might just be a Hilton thing (as I've not stayed at Hilton for a very long time), but I was disappointed to find that continental breakfast wasn't included. All food and beverage options on-site had to be purchased, and they were quite pricey, which kinda felt like a missing amenity most hotels have. However, there was a gas station across the street we walked to for most things, so that made it slightly better.
With all that being said, it was a great stay and the experience was positive overall.
Clean room. I requested for a first floor handicap accessible restroom. Didn’t get it. Check-in was quick. Room was clean. Didn’t like the the fact that you have to pay for parking.
This hotel his muggy and hot. There are no nearby emergency stairs for safety. Never staying here again. The only good thing about this hotel was housekeeping (they are the sweetest people) and the baristas at the Starbucks.
The balcony doors were incredibly difficult to open and no chairs to sit and enjoy. The air conditioner in the room was not running to temp. The sheets were scratchy and the shower peeled your skin off. Other than that, it was great! Very friendly people!
Beautiful hotel and great location. The staff was wonderful- especially the bellhops! Only minor issue was with the air conditioning- It was on full blast and couldn't be turned down. But as hot as it was we were happy to have a working ac! Loved the breakfast in the morning- one less thing to worry about.
We had a nice time spending 2 nights and will definitely book in this hotel on our next trip. The staff especially Juanito our parking attendant and the bell boy who brought up our luggages were both very courteous and welcoming. We also had our dinner at the restaurant there on our first night. The food was great and the ambience was nice and cozy.
