"This is a good, clean, modern Cotswold hotel. It’s not until entering the car park that you realise how big it is. The cottage- style rooms are a nice touch and the facilities are clean and modern. Dinner was ok. Staff weren’t especially helpful on Sunday morning when, after missing breakfast and buying coffee in the bar, they couldn’t find even a morsel to eat. Otherwise all very competent"
"The old room was very hot due to a boiler being in the cubbord which meant we had to leave the windows open so Mosquitos filled the room and bit us all night. Otherwise pleasant"

The hotel is a bit understaffed but the small team were very guest centered with the same staff checking you in, helping with bags, serving dinner then tending the bar late into the night. Always at hand to make your stay comfortable and easy. Wonderful conversationalists.
