"Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean."

"We had a delay at check in because there was only one person working. She was so kind and professional when we did check in. The room was nice enough for a short stay. The breakfast attendant did not keep the breakfast full. When she did refill the milk, she let it overflow and walked out without cleaning the area. "This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. "

The beach is directly behind the condo, shops and restaurants are in walking distance, and if you had any questions the front desk was quick to respond. The cons: T he strong musty smelll in the condo, there are water stains on the couch, my son tired to sleep on the pull out sofabed and said there was a metal bar sticking in his back. "Wonderful stay! Check in was easy, property was clean and maintenance was always on site maintaining cleanliness. We only ordered food one night from the bar/restaurant, but the shrimp tacos and pizza were delicious! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The only downsides- We wanted to cross the street to Zeke’s restaurant and a few other shops, but the highway was always so busy we feared for our lives!
