"Everything was how your ideal stay at a hotel should be. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I visited the onsite bar and pool. I enjoyed both very much. And the complimentary breakfast the next morning was very unique with their healthier options compared to most breakfasts. Really enjoyed my stay and will be returning."

"We have stayed at this location for the past 7 years. This time was not as amaze as all the other times. Staff was not nearly as friendly. They now have wrist bands to wear for breakfast and pool area. Although I completely agree with that to ensure you are a guest at this facility, you have to turn them end at end of stay for be charged $10 each. So, when we went to turn them in and check out this morning staff acted like we were bothering them to check out. It was just overall not up to previous standards. "

"Great pool and bar at pool. Easy walk to beach with 2 chairs and an umbrella included with stay. Restaurants were great with many options. Will definitely return!"

"Condo was very clean. Had dishwasher detergent (2 loads), liquid soap, wash machine detergents (2 loads); sample size Shampoo, Conditioner, hand soap, and lotion 2 of each. Seemed to have ample dishes, silver ware, kitchen utensils. Table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the patio. Steps from the pool or gulf. Sugar sand beach. Walmart, and a liquor store about 3 blocks away. The outdoor space was very quiet after 5 pm. "

"I could not get into the property because Landing gave me the wrong entry information. When I called the helpline, they told me to submit a ticket on their app. not helpful. Finally, one of the residents let me in. I would never rent something with landing again. As to the apartment itself, I could not get cell service in the apartment. I could not sit on their little outdoor patio because there was a big piece of incredibly loud mechanical equipment, right there. And the music at the pool was too loud to sit and read. All in all a bad experience."
