"This was a great hotel in a wonderful location in Zurich old town. The rooms were ‘simply’ furnished and very clean. Only slight points to mention would be the breakfast. We arrived at 9am (breakfast is until 10.30) and all hot food had gone, as had the rolls. Staff mentioned making more but that didn’t happen. The bath towels were on the small side and could be thicker in quality. We would have no hesitation in staying there again."

There are6 stories and no elevator so going up and down the stairs can be a little bit exhausting The A/C didn't work but the wide window with beautiful views of Bastile square was a great alternative Staff is friendly and helpful and will carry your luggage if needed "

"Staying at Pavillion de la Reine was such a luxurious treat! We stayed in the apartment on site (le pavillion) with two teenagers .. lots of room, space to relax and unwind after long days of sightseeing. It had the best breakfast every day & we really enjoyed the helpful, polite and delightful staff. "

"Parking no where near easy, it was secure but not easy to pull in. Very very narrow. If you have a coupe or smaller car you might have better luck. Our car was left with a large scratch on the side. When we asked if there were any other ways to get in we were told no. If you are staying here, pay more money for the parking 5 mins away and don’t risk scratching your car. "

Every night they gave us different little surprises (chocolate, cookies, eye packs, serum, hand cream…) food from the restaurant and room service were very good. "

"better than I expected. very easy to explore the city because of M1line station right next to the hotel also few min walk to Gare du Lyon station for TGV even with a large luggage. "

"I was in room 14. The junior suites have a small sitting area, tv, bathroom and closet on the first floor. A tight winding staircase led up to the bedroom and a nice table and chair overlooking the courtyard. The breakfast was not worth 21 euros in my opinion. There are several nice restaurants that offer breakfast to order within a block or two. The location is perfect. "We just came back from our 4 night stay and we will be back. The rooms was so comfortable and ful of character with solid old furniture, thick fabrics, and a gorgeous claw foot tub. The building is authentically old but updated enough that it doesn't feel at all worn, run down, or a compromise to modern convenience. The staff was unfailingly kind and friendly, and the location couldn't be closer to the metro while stills being reasonably quiet. We will be back next spring!"
