"Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goede centrale ligging van het hotel met een bar en enkele tafeltjes buiten. Fijne kamer met uitzicht op Place de la Bastille. Als de ramen dicht zijn hoor je nauwelijks iets van de drukte op straat. Geen lift aanwezig. Even flink tillen met je bagage mocht je op de bovenste etages overnachten. "

The location perfect for exploring the 11th with quick access to the Metro for other adventures in the city. "The staff were all very helpful. The room started out very clean. We had a nice view of the street and loved that the windows opened. Small kitchenette with fridge, hob and cooking supplies was nice to have. The daily cleaning consisted of making the bed and removing trash, so any other cleaning was up to you, or you could pay extra for it. With no cleaning supplies other than dish soap, the kitchen area, floors, and bathroom were pretty messy by day 3. Definitely get up to the roof, it has a...

"We absolutely loved our stay here -- this was our first time in Paris, and the location was perfect: close enough to train lines and neat neighborhoods, but a bit removed from the crowded trendy areas. There were plenty of little shops to grab what we needed (grocery, pharmacy) and an abundance of cafes and bakeries for breakfast. Our last day was Tuesday, and there was a market in the little park in front of the hotel which was lovely to walk through. The room was nice and big with a view out...

"Excellent location - really close to Gare de Lyon. Breakfast was really nice. The free hot drinks, filtered water and sweets was really appreciated and a real perk of staying there! Nice bars and restaurants on the same road as the hotel too! We would definitely stay again!"
