"Second time staying at this hotel. Our room was ready early in time for our arrival which was excellent and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. However, service in the restaurant, for both breakfast and lunch, was truly awful and ruined our experience. We won't stay again as there are better hotels in the immediate area."

"Sad tired old hotel, smelled appalling both in the corridors and our room. Saggy bed, no hand soap in bathroom, stains on carpet and furniture and windowsill. Only one working elevator.
Faulty fire alarm kept everyone awake until 3am. Staff were the one good point about this place, they were calm and apologetic and a special mention needs to go to Howard who took charge of our bags when we were evacuated the first time so we could get to the O2 in time for our concert, and got them safely to...

"La zona muy tranquila y segura, el hotel limpio en general, pero la habitación tuvo varios detalles. El personal no fue tan amable y en muchas ocasiones parecían regañarte.
