The room was a clean, big room. Great rate, and good location. Area around the motel is run down, unfortunately, but this is a gem. Breakfast was disappointing,, no protein options, just lots of carbs

A tired little hotel made for resting after a long days drive and moving on the next morning. Comfortable bed, friendly staff and a hot shower, but not much more. Conveniently right off the interstate in a quiet area.

It was a nice, quiet hotel away from the busy towns. The rooms were nice, breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly and willing to help with any issues that came up.

This property is old and run down but clean. The parking lot is falling apart also! The location is great to be able to drive a little further from Sioux City. If I hadn’t booked on line we probably wouldn’t have stopped. But the desk staff were some of the best we’ve ever encountered! Kind, friendly and helpful‼️ The continental breakfast was a typical one but they had fresh bakery sweet rolls ‼️

Let me start by saying I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend this Hotel. The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. This is definitely a budget friendly hotel. I could not believe I found a room at such an affordable price. It was clean and safe and comfortable. It’s not fancy, but it is quite the bargain and the staff was wonderful.

Based on the reviews we were concerned before we walked into the hotel…When we got to the hotel it was surprising at how nice this hotel was for the price! The room was clean and the bed was super comfy! I was amazed!
