"Housekeeping was more miss than hit. It was a struggle to get towels after the room had been cleaned and all towels removed. After five hours, multiple calls and direct conversation with staff, we eventually had to go to the front desk.
A/C was effective but loud.
Breakfast room was not clean with moldy oranges and dirty dishes on display."

"The front desk staff was great. The hotel is located right downtown within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. There was road construction right outside the hotel when we were there so some of the sidewalks were closed. The room was ok, there is no closet but there are hooks on the wall to hang things. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. Mostly eggs, bacon, pancakes and some muffins/bagels/bread."

"Beautiful building with well kept rooms. Great location for walking and getting around the city. The biggest issue was the smell/ scent the hotel had was not pleasant and made for two very uncomfortable nights- I typically love signature hotel scents but this one was not your relaxing woodsy scent, it was like a mesquite bbq smell. It made my allergies worse and I arrived back home with my luggage and clothes still smelling."

"Very convenient location and easy to find, especially when coming from the airport. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved being able to being able to comfortably store and heat up leftovers, and have a separate space to do that. Bathrooms were clean as well. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with any information we needed. Would absolutely recommend!"

"This is a historical hotel, but that is definitely part of the charm. If you want a cutting-edge modern hotel, this is not be the place for you. Our room was very clean and very spacious.
