"The front desk staff was very helpful, and the property was conveniently located within a couple of miles of everything we wanted to do. They also had a shuttle service on certain days that would take you downtown and pick you up. I would definitely stay there again."

"The Jacuzzi was broken. It was disappointing. The pool wall is cracked and broken. It was scary. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was comparatively poor quality."

"The really cool thing about flat iron hotel. Is it's like a museum? And the fact that it's so historical, the place is very clean. The staff is super helpful and the restaurants and the bars are top.Notch, this place is so nice to stay at my wife and I had a very romantic getaway for our anniversary, and I would recommend this place to anybody."

"Spacious room, despite the road noise. This room has a large balcony patio but no furniture to even enjoy it. The pull out couch is not what you may expect not a true pull out with mattress more of a foldout onto the floor. Upon check in we were told housekeeping every other day, but apparently that starts after 3 nights of stay??? Family of 4 in a room means you will likely run out of things and trash will accumulate. Seems like staff doesn’t really truly know housekeeping policy. Otherwise...

"Nice spacious room with a white noise machine to help alleviate the highway noise (mountain view side.) Comfy beds! A few things missing for me: no half n half in room. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. TV was cable and after years of watching streaming services, cable is absolutely horrid as it is almost nothing but commercials! Breakfast was ok. I would eat elsewhere. Front desk staff was wonderful! Always pleasant and helpful. Best part: proximity to a very walkable downtown!"

"Just Don't. I feel as though I was mislead, uninformed and I heard staff flat out lie to arriving guests. The area wasn't worth a dime, hotel and restaurants/bars/shops, also not worth the stop. I was miserable and pissed off. Also, if you want to work out or swim, no such luck. What they won't tell you, middle of summer and neither are up to use. They will actually tell you after checking in, that you will have to go to the local YMCA for those amenities you paid to have on property."

"The only complaint I have is regarding the faucet for the bathroom sink. It barely hangs over the basin, water splashes everywhere."

"A beautiful Art Deco Hotel. Had a lovely time. The rooftop bar was also fun. Definitely recommend staying here."

"The room was clean and had a unique layout that had the bed facing the window, which had a great view of Asheville and the mountains. The bar and outside restaurant also have a great view. Complimentary champagne is available in the lobby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that parking was valet at $22 per night which was not indicated when making reservations."
