"All the amenities are a separate charge from room rental. Mountain vie room is just the golf course view. The spa pool/ indoor mountain pool is $200dls plus per person. Even with having a room reservation parking in the premises are charged separate. Beautiful place to stay, however expect to spend extra from the room reservation."

"Large clean rooms, great breakfast"

"The room was clean and had a unique layout that had the bed facing the window, which had a great view of Asheville and the mountains. The bar and outside restaurant also have a great view. Complimentary champagne is available in the lobby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that parking was valet at $22 per night which was not indicated when making reservations."

"Love this property. Have stayed here many times. Great location, style and personality (scent!), lobby, staff, valet guys are awesome!, Bars are great, coffee shop is great, gym is only okay….views of the parking lot aren’t great—which is what suites have so not ideal….views out the front onto the street are better but can be loud. Breakfast basket is such a nice touch! Love this hotel!"

"Spacious room, despite the road noise. This room has a large balcony patio but no furniture to even enjoy it. The pull out couch is not what you may expect not a true pull out with mattress more of a foldout onto the floor. Upon check in we were told housekeeping every other day, but apparently that starts after 3 nights of stay??? Family of 4 in a room means you will likely run out of things and trash will accumulate. Seems like staff doesn’t really truly know housekeeping policy. Otherwise...

"Hotel was very clean - from entry way to elevators to hallway to room. The hotel was very busy based on elevator traffic, but didn't hear a peep from other guests. Great location in the middle of downtown. REALLY appreciate the self park - and unlimited in and out access. Plus the parking is mostly reserved for guests so you don't have to worry about finding a spot! Front desk very kind."
