"Lovelly staff and they make our stay marvelous"

"Positives: 1. hotel is well-situated; but we don't mind the street people in the plaza across from the hotel (they leave you alone). 2. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are very nice. 3. The downstairs bar with free pinballs, skeeball and pool table was different. Negatives: 1. When we checked-in the person was "filling in" and we were not advised about amenities like the free drop-off service. Better training for entire staff is recommended. 2. Housekeeping was uneven. Some days a real...

"The Flat Iron Hotel is a difficult one to review. There is much to like about the hotel: the location, in the heart of downtown Asheville, is perfect. The staff was wonderful, extremely helpful, and anxious to please. The hotel restaurant, Luminosa, was very good with outstanding food and excellent service. But there were some serious downsides as well, in particular, the size of the rooms. I could not easily get into bed without turning sideways and squeezing between the bed and the wall, while...

"This boutique property was amazing. Erica was great and very accommodating during check in. The complimentary bottle of wine in our room and the complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby were a special addition"

"Beautiful home, so well looked after by the host."

"Everything is excellent except two fire alarms that kicked us out of room and resulted nothing happened."

"Great location and our host, Sarah, was extremely sweet and accommodating. We stayed in a cottage room, which was nice, however would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room and a few more toiletries like lotion and body wash. The grounds were in need of some weeding and tlc."

"Great place to stay!"

"This is a great location if you’re catching a show at The Grey Eagle or looking to explore RAD. The room was big, clean, and full of fun touches. Staff was kind."

"The only thing I would add is a hot option for breakfast. Right now, it's a cold breakfast."

"At nearly $500 per night and given their Michelin recognition, the experience fell far below expected standards. Key concerns include: - Booking & Check-In: Inability to link our frequent stay number and no notification when our room was ready. - Safety: Loose stone steps and uneven risers lacking handrails from the parking lot, exposed nails on wood planks, and flower pots obstructing the second-floor stair railings. - Room Condition: Despite a 15% discount for two broken lamps, the...

"Loved this hotel, would definitely stay here again, great location. The lobby seating area had a really nice atmosphere. Rooms were great - really modern and great shower! Hotel sent instructions out prior to arrival about parking etc which was really helpful."
