"The room was decent, felt smaller than the photos. Although the room advertised on the website a shower and tub combo it was only a shower. The ac worked perfectly and the staff was excellent. The view was nice. There was also a hidden $10 parking fee per night that wasn't mentioned when I called prior to booking. The breakfast was nothing impressive but it was free."

"I would have given it a 5 star except there was no place for a dog to go potty. Otherwise the place was very good. Breakfast was good and the homemade salsa spectacular!"

"The room stayed hot and AC was not allowed lower than 68. The breakfast was pastries, boiled eggs, and mayo. No real breakfast at all. Only had one towel in the room. Just not a good stay. Dante was amazing however the best employee they have!"

"There was a fire alarm on Wednesday evening. Which was a false alarm. I had to take my dog out at 12:30 am and I couldn’t get back into my room with the card reader. Front desk made me new cards and they didn’t work. She had to use a machine to get me in my door. Carpets are stained and bathroom tile is nasty. Never stay there again."

"Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago."

"We had a wonderful time staying at Kinship Landing. The rooms are modern and immaculate. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and it was a relief to return to an air conditioned room at the end of a long day in the sun. I travelled with my teen son and the bed and loft bunk orientation was perfect for us. The staff is very nice and accommodating too. We had some rental gear shipped to the hotel and they were lovely about receiving it and holding it for our arrival. It was a very nice...

"Traveling with our 11-year old grandson who happens to be interested in geology & history, this was a perfect place to spend the night on our way to Rocky Mountain National Park! A beautiful, clean room, pleasant & helpful staff, delicious breakfast choices, good coffee, & interesting bar for us adults the evening before our rest there! The guys enjoyed a game of chess (board provided in the bar area) while having apertivo!"

"Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe."
