"Son EXCELENTES ! Para empezar desde antes de que llegas al hotel, te sientes que va a ser una grata experiencia. Y fue mas de lo que esperabamos. El primer secreto de H21 es su GENTE ! Amables y muy profesionales. Cada detalle de decoración y de mantenimiento es finamente cuidado y estudiado. Todo funciona perfecto. estuve buscando fallas pero no las pude encontrar. La experencia es una fusion entre arte y comodidad que te hacen sentir en casa en el centro historico del hermoso...

"Owner was great. He was helpful and honest. I did not think I had paid yet and he absolutely could have charged me again but did not. As a note though, he speaks predominantly Spanish so this may not be the place to stay if you don't. My only complaint is that the hot water was inconsistent and when it worked it took almost 10 minutes to heat up. There was also no AC, but that is typical for the region."

"Paying extra for breakfast was definitely worth it! Meals are delicious, healthy and filling, and kept us from having to decide where we would eat breakfast. The people who cook and clean the rooms are attentive to detail, kind, and accommodating. The guys at the front desk were so helpful about several questions we had during our stay.
