"Det tog oss timmar innan någon av de taxis i Phuket kunde hitta till hotellet, ingen kände igen adressen och telefonnumret vi fått av hotellet var fel och de funka inte med gps. Hotellet låg på en liten bakgata och när vi kom dit ca 19.30 va de ingen som kom och öppna till oss utan vi fick stå ute och vänta med våra väskor i en mörk gränd, de kunde knappt engelska och förstod inte att vårt rum redan va betalt och när vi frågade om saker som tex wi-fi fick vi inga svar eller fel svar. "Hotel is right next to the Cebtrale mall and near a lot of local thai restaurants. About 10min drive to old town phuket.
Only thing was that some people were smoking tobacco aand weed in the mutual pool area. If you have kids or dont want to be around that, avoid rooms with rhe pool view.

"Wow, what an amazing experience I booked this hotel when I came to Thailand for my birthday trip. I’m so happy that this was the hotel that I decided to spend my birthday the staff was so kind and gentle. I felt so special they celebrated me for my birthday. Everything was just such a positive experience they were very accommodating welcoming and sweet. The staff takes care of the hotel daily. The food is very good I loved eating breakfast in the morning. Also, their dinner is good as well.. Anything you need they take care of you. "Although the architecture of the property is beautiful thats about where the pros end. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small, theres not even space to open your luggage, there is also no furniture besides a bed, desk & desk chair. There is 0 noise insulation, you can hear everything from the corridors, the AC is also very noisy, the curtains are also not black out. The overall cleanliness of the room & bathroom also need massive improvement. "
