"Breakfast, and the staff in the breakfast area, were great. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and every morning. The room was comfortable (the air conditioner was pretty loud when the compressor kicked in). The shower was great. The only problem was that housekeeping never came to clean or replenish the towels in the six days we stayed, even when we stopped by the front desk in the morning to inform them that we would be away for the day. The hot water is non-existent on the third floor - I let it run for more than 15 minutes and it still was barely lukewarm. "This is not a usual suite. There are no pans, dishes, utensils, extra blankets/pillows, very basic bed and shower stay. My wife and I stayed with our dogs-there is a $250 pet deposit that is not disclosed until check in. When we got to our room overall it appeared clean but idk the last time the floors were cleaned.
