"When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for"

The 1st response after speaking to management was 'You did not request a handicap room'. He suggested that I return in the morning to see if anyone checked out from a handicap room.
