"Prime location on the river. Exciting night life, good food and shopping just outside the hotel. Staff were nice, responsive, and friendly. The Korean restaurant & bar on the first floor was an amazing experience- shout out to our bartender Christopher. They have a free coffee/cappuccino bar from 6am-6pm in the lobby. Our room was very spacious, clean & comfortable. All in all, a great stay & I’ll be a returning guest."

"Extremely pleased with the hotel views and comfortable beds. The rooms were cleans, bathrooms were nice and kitchen was enough for those staying for a weekend or a few weeks. Did I mention the views?? This will be my go to hotel for Chicago. It’s centrally located downtown within minutes of many attractions."

"The staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Check in went smoothly. Our suite for three was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very conveniently located walking distance to our kids' apartment. Some clothes hooks in the bathroom and the back of the bedroom door would have been very useful. We enjoyed our stay."
