"Property is not as advertised. We were not provided any toiletries not even hand soap. They would not give us fresh towels or more toilet paper. The front desk was rude and unhelpful. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the area is very noisy. Would never recommend this place. "

"I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location."

"Location was amazing. But, the thermostat beeped 3 times every few minutes for days. The shower was tiny, I kept turning the water off with my elbow while showering. If you took a shower early in the morning to catch a full day tour the water was not hot. Later in the day it was very hot. When I booked I read that the rooms had washers and dryers. When we checked in we found out only 2 had them and it wasnt ours. We did laundry at a laundromat that ended up costing a $100 plus a taxi to and...

"The location is excellent and the place is very clean. However, it looked bigger in the photos than it does in reality."

"The room they assign to us was very comfortable for 4 people. The 1 bathroom is on the hallway, and the kitchen/dinning room/sofa bedroom has a door, so everybody gets privacy. The area is not turistic so may look not safe but it is literally 2 blocks from everywhere we wanted to go, except the Guinness tour which we walk to in 22 minutes. The check in and check out process was very easy and the personnel was very responsive. I would come back here."

"The property was very modern and clean. Depending on which place you rented keep in mind potential for carrying luggage up flights of stairs. Wifi was a bit of a challenge with 7 guests. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great for walking Dublin and would recommend this place to others."

"We were surprised by the check in process. You have to collect your keys quite far from the apartment. So plan for a delay to use transit or a two-way taxi fare. The apartment was dirty. Mould in the closet. The beds were terrible (one like an air mattress & the other was hard as a board). The pillows were so used they were hard packed. The air freshener system is needed because a sewage smell came from one bathroom. The photos used to advertise the unit were not the same as the unit we stayed...

"Non è esattamente a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, più 25min, con i mezzi comunque è collegata abbastanza bene, il primo giorno non funzionava l’acqua calda e fino al giorno dopo non abbiamo ricevuto assistenza, ad ogni modo l’alloggio è molto confortevole "
