"When I wanted to change floors, the front desk person was more than willing to assist me with changing my room from the second to the third floor. He was very friendly, very unbothered very customer focused."

"Management staff was terrible! I received a message 30 minutes before my reservation was going to be cancelled because my credit card was declined. I had a 5 hour drive and almost missed the message. It was supposed to be pay at the property so they were out of line charging my credit card than threatening to cancel me in 30 minutes. Let’s just say my experience with the staff & accommodations were terrible. Dirty toilet seat, old lumpy pillows, minimal amenities (1 coffee pod), dirty carpet."
