"The only positive was that it was cheap and convenient for our trip. The property was quite old and run down. The pool was out of order. Room was musty and smelled a bit of mildew. It was quite muggy out during our stay, and the air conditioner did well cooling the room, but did nothing for the humidity. The sheets actually felt wet. Room was spacious, but needed updating. Bathroom was small. Grab and go breakfast was sufficient, but definitely paled in comparison to other hotel breakfasts we...

"This place was great. It's a 10 minute trip from downtown Ithaca, so it might be an issue if you're staying here without a car. If you do have a car, I would highly recommend staying here. Super clean and updated rooms at a great price. It might not look like much from the outside, but it's a great property and an excellent value."

"The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The bath towels were small. The mattress was too soft. My husband and I prefer a firm mattress. Consequently, our back was hurting in the morning. The mini muffins were very fresh and delicious."

"Everything worked in the room. The hotel was fixed up from what was and the owner did an okay job with improvements. It is an older renovated property but for the price the value was acceptable."
