"Great from checkin to out"

"Upon checking in, the young lady at the desk had some uniform challenges. Her stomach was hanging out and not well groomed to be part of the staff. I was not advised of check out time I was just advised that continental breakfast was not included with my room. I only received my key to the room and no additional information. "Clean, very comfortable beds, stay here every year"

"First of all they wanted to copy my Drivers license which I polity said NO and because it was a third party booking they didn't copy my licence. When I asked for more towels they must of thought I was going to steal them, because I had to turn in you dirty ones before they would give me clean ones. I normally do stay in a Patels hotels but I had no choice this time, My lawyer said not to ever give them my licence to copy,,, EVER"

"This hotel is light, spacious and modern, The vast open-plan lobby/seating area/ breakfast area and bar (with pool table) is tastefully appointed and exudes calm. The rooms are clean, well appointed and light. I stayed for 7 nights on the 9th floor and had a wonderful view over Spartanburg’s baseball stadium. "Dirty bathroom, caulk coming out in hunks around the toilet, room smelled like marijuana, and most outlets didn’t work in room. Outside there were beer cans, cigarette butts, socks on the stairs after people partied all night and nothing cleaned up a day later. Free breakfast was out of waffle fix and had minimal options. Would not recommend and would not stay again."
