"I would not recommend this hotel. It is in a great location and has ac BUT there are no windows to the exterior (window merely looks out into corridor inside building) so room feels like a jail cell. Double bed is actually 2 twins side by side which separate as you move in bed. Room and bathroom very small so hard to move around if traveling with a second person. The check in desk is not well marked and the person who gave us our room key never gave us a code to get back into the building so...

"Helpful staff. Room initially was for handicapped— so we had to move. Room large and bed comfortable. Shower large but extremely slippery (needed rubber mats). Closet space too small for 5 day trip. Buffet breakfast very nice with custom cooked omelettes."

"Beautiful hotel in perfect location. Walking distance from all the sights, sounds and cuisine that Lyon has to offer. Concierge services went above and beyond (shout out to Julliette and all). I seldom order room service on vacations but I am so glad I took advantage this time. The breakfast was both delicious and very generous. Also ordered dinner one evening and was thrilled with the food and the quick service. Highly recommended indulgence!"

The hotel itself is located inside an apartment building so you have to communicate through a buzzer system, then heavy doors and lastly into a very small elevator or two flights of stairs. "The reception and general staff of the hotel were so nice, welcoming and so helpful, in a genuine and sincere way!
