"The staff was accommodating to hold our bags before and after check in and check out. They cleaned our room nicely after the first day. They provided various amenities including an extra set of bedding, toiletries, silverware, dining set, ice, and water with fruit. Overall, nice stay for two nights."

"They didn’t have any onsite parking left despite the advertised benefit but they staff guided us to nearby garages. Hotel was clean and staff were available late at night to facilitate check in. My only complaint is the breakfast - the breads / bagels and eggs were stale and dry. Inedible really. But other than that, close enough to Manhattan without having to deal with city traffic."

"Voco in Astoria is a great place to stay. It’s less than a year old and the rooms are soundproof. Across from me was the subway track and I could barely hear it. It was probably one of of best showers I’ve ever had in a hotel room. The restaurant serves dinner and breakfast. The food and atmosphere was amazing as well as the excellent Customer Service by the entire staff throughout the hotel. It’s a short walking distance to a subway entrance. I will definitely be returning there."

"Great position for sight-seeing (esp. as close to Grand Central. Clean, large enough room with everything we needed. Very comfy bed and quiet enough room. The best thing was the coffee, cans and snacks that were available 24/7 in The Reading Room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

"For the budget we had this hotel was incredible. Real buffet breakfast (almost impossible to find in nyc), subway right in front of the hotel and super kind personal. We were asked to change the room because our was an accessible room and a guest needed it, and they made everything possible to make things going as smooth as possible. Really recommended"

"The staff were fantastic, friendly, and very accommodating. The old school coil mattress in our room was extremely bouncy and sagged a lot, we asked for a room with a newer and more firm mattress. They checked each room for us and found one with a newer mattress, we moved into it after the first night. The night manager was also very friendly and gave us amazing suggestions for dinner options around the hotel. The hotel breakfast was pretty good and very convenient to get started in the morning....

"A fairly large room compared to many in NYC. Free breakfast was a bonus. I wish it were closer to Manhattan. Sometimes we needed 4-5 stops after a walk to the subway."

"Nice room size for 3 ppl. Pretty decor. Gym was small but adequate. Would have liked breakfast options, no fresh coffee or small food items to purchase. Also there wasn’t much of a lobby, needed more space/seats to hang w my family of 5 for a bit."
