"A very good hotel considering the price we paid. Well connected by local buses and on the main route. Breakfast was great - a wide selection and good quality - the cava was a lovely addition! Unusually, the use of the spa facilities and gym was included at no extra cost. Plenty sun loungers and two pools to choose from, as well as access to the sea. Rooms were clean and well appointed, showing their age slightly but well maintained. Free water in the mini bar fridge was replenished daily 👌"

"We stayed at Bonanza Pałace for 3 nights in April - this hotel really is a gem. The staff are so welcoming, the breakfast is incredible (although got very very busy during peak times), the hotel is clean and smells amazing, and the setting is stunning. The bus stops right out side the hotel so it is very easy to get around. Disclaimer - there are not many nice restaurants nearby, so if you are like us (and didn't come with a car), then be prepared to use public transport or use taxis. Highly recommend Can Pedro Restaurant, set high up in the hills with great Spanish food, a 10 minute taxi journey from the hotel."

"Staff were excellent, unfortunately I didn't catch the gents name that checked me in but his efficiency and thoroughness made for a speedy but informative check in, ideal when you're on a short break and don't have tons of time. Room was spotless, a little tired but for the price it's expected in my opinion, overall the room was great though, bathroom clean, bed comfy, balcony a little restrictive on the side view rooms due to their design but adequate, be careful with the balcony door as it will lock you out if you're not careful, we found that putting a large bottle cap (aquarius definitely works) in the lower part of the runner is it a perfect fit and stops the door locking you out. We didn't use the pool but it's cleaned daily and looked in good condition to me, pool area again spotless and the view is unbelievable. Breakfast was unfortunately underwhelming for me personally, I didn't have everything I'd usually have and whilst I still managed a decent breakfast is had few variations of item and wasn't kept very warm, toaster needed around 5 passes as opposed to the usual 3 required on the carousel toaster. Overall the hotel was great, clean and great facilities, just need to nail the breakfast. Resort area facilities let the hotel down but that's not their fault so I didn't let it affect their score however the resort does need some variety and funding, 4/5 Indian restaurants on one street is a little OTT and could do with more cuisine options/variety."

"I stayed at the hotel overnight before heading into Palma to meet friends. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing stay by the sea while still being within easy reach of Palma. Breakfast was a highlight particularly the à la carte options, which were high quality and very enjoyable. The buffet selection was a bit more average in comparison, especially considering the overall standard of the hotel. The swimming pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the surrounding public areas of the hotel were also kept to a high standard. The location is convenient, with Palma about a 15-minute taxi ride away and Puerto Portals around 10 minutes by taxi. Although I didn’t have lunch or dinner at the hotel, the menu looked appealing. Overall, the staff were consistently helpful, and I had a very pleasant stay. "

"Room was lovely over looking the beach, in a great location and the bus stop really close by. Overall a lovely little break, it could be a little noisy on a night when people were coming back in but that happens at most hotels. There wasn't any evening meals or entertainment but there is plenty to do nearby with bars and restaurants. A 20 minute bus ride to Palma, we had a great time and I would return. "
