"We upgraded to Red Level, which was worth it because of the room upgrade, breakfast was included and the lounge facilities that included free drinks (beers, cava, wines and soft drinks with nibbles) and tapas from 1700-1900 each day. "I stayed at the hotel overnight before heading into Palma to meet friends. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The hotel’s location is ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing stay by the sea while still being within easy reach of Palma. "Overall the place was good. Location is on a hill with narrow windy street, so can be tiring walk back. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Only major con is room smelled a bit like mold/meldew and water would get everywhere when you showered because there is only one door with limited coverage. Pool area and bar were nice."

"Such a nice hotel in a great location. The grounds of the hotel and area by the sea are lovely and unique. Great transport links to Palma, super friendly staff and the food was great!! Seafood every night, fab selection of salads and desserts definitely worth paying for half board even if you only eat at the hotel once or twice."

"Nice hotel, room was basic but did the job. Probably in need of an upgrade soon. The two areas for improvement; Breakfast - no gluten free options Noise - for the 3 night stay, I was woken every night by noise outside ( I was on the 5th floor) and by drilling at 7am on a Friday morning on the pavement. Staff very friendly though and overall a decent option for a short break"

"The lunch/dinber menu was lovely. We ordered the burger and chips and mango chicken wrap and chips, really tasty, reasonably priced. Breakfast in hotel was buffet style, plenty to choose from, even one of the team did made to order omelettes. Highly recommend. Room was spacious and nice feature balcony directly over looking pool. Will definately return."
