"What a gorgeous hotel! Staff and service was excellent. It’s a small beautiful place, gorgeously decorated and clean. We loved the rooftop seating and splash pool with the honesty bar. Breakfast was lovely, nice set up served a local restaurant just next door. Room was spacious and great air con and shower. I found the bed very comfortable but was a little firm for my partner! Bus stops directly outside to get into palma and the local Cala Playa beach is just a few minutes walk away."

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning!"

"Room was really clean, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was fab, continental and hot food available, my air conditioning wasn’t working properly maintenance arrived and fixed it really quickly, fridges Dnt really work that well, overall we had a fab long weekend here."

"This June was my 14th stay since 2015 and while the magnificent staff were as professional, friendly, helpful and kind as always, I was somewhat disappointed by some new changes that have arisen. The changes entailed an empty mini bar ( whereas each room used to have a full stock of soft drinks and beer to use without charge; now the fridge was empty). Furthermore the bathroom towels used to be luxurious big bath sheets but are now very thin small towels such as one would get in a three star Motel. Likewise the rooms no longer have towelling robes and slippers. The wooden sunloungers also need replacing as many are dilapidated. I suspect that the hotel chain has some ownership changes afoot. And while it is a boutique hotel with refined quiet clientele I noted a bunch of noisy rowdy men arrived - some from France and some from England presumably for the World Cup - which makes me think the company is throwing caution to the wind and marketing the hotel to people and places that it never would have over the past decade. Having said that, I would love to come back again as usual in September."
