"Lidner hotel has got its charm back. The staff are amazing. Breakfast has a wide choice of everything and cater for both children and adults. The dinner and pool restaurants has good quality food but unfortunately it was a bit hot by the pool restaurant. A few more parasols would help here. The Lindner is not overlooking the sea but it’s a truly great location as u easily get into Palma without getting ruined. The absolute treat was to get a voucher by the hotel that paid for your taxi ride...

"Toda la experiencia ha sido 10/10 el personal es amable y te ayudan con todo. Desde el segundo uno, la estancia ha sido buenísima y cualquier contratiempo lo solucionan sin pega. "Front desk staff and restaurant staff were quite unprofessional and not friendly. Got charged for a bottle when I only purchased a glass of wine. Slow service at the restaurant - waited 20 minutes to be attended to. Lots of other good quality hotels on this street that I would go to before this one."

"Breakfast was quite varied but disappointed with the tea and coffee. There is no barista style coffee and waiters bring a pot of coffee (bad coffee in my opinion). If you would like an English tea then there is no cold milk for this and it is very difficult to find someone who understands and then you to wait a very long time if you ask a waiter for something. More self service would be better in my opinion rather than waiting for staff to get it. There is a useful bus route (No. 4) close to...

"Probably the worst hotel I have ever experienced! No valet, and self-parking wasn't easy, it involved driving up a VERY narrow street to turn around in a dead end, then driving around the block to park yourself. What was worse is there was NO ONE to help with luggage. The pool area was run-down and dirty, the balcony railings were made of cardboard, the neighborhood was run-down and shady, and the woman at the front desk was less than helpful. Unable to give any information regarding restaurants...

"The room was comfortable and had lovely views. The aircon didn't work well and the shower gel had run out, but they sorted out the latter and had a go at the former. No coffee, though there was a kettle and cups in the room. The restaurant was lovely and the paella to die for. The worst for us was how far the hotel was from everything (Palma and the beach) and the fact there weren't any nice restaurants nearby."

"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."
