"Bed was super uncomfortable. Walls are thin, you can hear the people talking through the walls. Soap and shampoo are poor quality."

"The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window."

"The room was so cute and clean. I've been in several "suites" at other hotels that basically had a bed and a couch in the same room. This has a little living room and the bedroom is separate. Everything was clean and it smelled clean when I walked in. They have designated parking in front of your door, which is great because you don't have to search for a parking spot and not end up far from your room. There are no amenities at this hotel or food. "When we were there, our floor, including our room smelled of feces. We checked other floors and they didn’t smell like that. We asked the front desk for assistance and they told us to just run the water. It did not help. We asked for other rooms, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate that.
