"The staff was nice and the room was spacious. Breakfast and coffee were great. The lemon water out at check-in was nice. I could hear my neighbors easily and the room smelled like wet dog a little."

"Clean room, friendly staff, enjoyed the breakfast offerings. The water pressure is going to be missed. Only complaint is where my room was in the back of the building faces a busy highway and the second night I stayed there it was very loud throughout the night due to blasting music and various loud cars. I know that’s not the hotels fault but I reccomending asking for a front facing room if possible."

"Decent Room. Sketchy visitors. Wouldn't stay if we had our children but was decent enough for just myself and spouse."

"The front desk canceled my reservation because I checked in late, although the room was already paid in full thru Expedia. The hotel required me to had to pay them directly to keep the room and ask Expedia for a refund. I contacted Expedia but was told it would need to be escalated to another department and I would hear back soon."

"This property is not available for late arrivals. My husband made a reservation. When he arrived late in the evening, the desk was closed, and he was not able to get his room. He had to sleep in the car. We have not received a refund."

"For starters, I arrived at 1900, which is my fault. However, my room was left with the window curtains wide open with NO AC on. It took from 1900 to almost midnight for the room to cool below 80°, in order for me to sleep relatively comfortable. Secondly, the toilet seat was TOTALLY disconnected from the tank. "floors were very stick and hand rails broken in the elevators. Rooms were dirty at check in had to redo the beds. Breakfast was watered down and tasted old. We pay alot of money for these rooms and this was extremely unacceptable. Stepped in a hidden red ant pile in the parking lot and staff had no first aid kit to help me with the bits. The rooms weren't cleaned during the day had to go down to get enough towels in the room for my family.. bath tub filled with water in the shower.. This is my...

"If you have Stayed at anything greater than a Motel 6, this is not the place for you. The checkout receptionist was terrible. I would sleep in my car. The Mattress felt like they've had it since the 70s. The walls look like a crime took place and they just went in there and covered the hole."

"Love the breakfast buffet and the evening “appetizer “ buffet. Ice to not have to go out to get a bite. Pool& hot tub are always clean and great temperature. One of my favorite places/ companies to stay with."
