"Very friendly welcome and traditional B&B experience. Conveniently located near to the ferry on the waterfront in Brodick with (limited) parking in the drive or in the (free) public parking across the road. Twin room on ground floor spacious with clean ensuite with stand-up shower stall (electric heat). "We had a lovely room with a large bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The town lost power but we still had hot water which was awesome as it allowed us to have hot showers in the morning. They also made arrangements for a complimentary hot breakfast our second morning when the power was back on. Holly was excellent and enabled us to check in even without the power.
