The only problems I had was the bathroom sink would get clogged up and the shower didn't have very good water pressure but I think that was because of the low quality shower head they were using. Overall, I think this place is good for only those who are on a tight budget. The important thing is it has everything you need like a refrigerator, microwave, stove top, queen size bed and TV. "
