Not the best but not the worst by far!

Customer service at the front desk was the best part. The room was tiny, over priced(though given the high demand during the festival i get it),decently comfortable bed, and clean room. Though there was some toilet paper jammed in the corner of the ceiling in the shower. Could use a bit of an update!

Could use a facelift sits that's to an airport so you have to hear the Jets once in awhile taking off however for the money it is a good stay with a very comfortable and very clean room I would just suggest updating and giving a few coats of paint looks like it hadn't had a remodel in about 15 years

Was not at all what the pictures displayed online. Rooms were old and need updating. Door didn't totally close, Toilets didn't flush well. Shower was slippery and had no grab bars. Bed was comfortable.

This property is sloppy, poorly maintained and unsafe. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone, at any price. The room doors do not latch or close completely and appear to be falling off the wall mount/molding, the walls, floors and other surfaces are dirty and peeling, the linens do not smell fresh and have stains, the noise is awful from outside and other rooms, and the staff is untrained and very rude, while often seen outside smoking and making the lobby smell like smoke. The only redeeming quality was that there was Dunkin Donuts & McDonalds nearby for food/coffee/tea.

The staff were great. The room was a disaster. Broken flooring, holes in the bedding, a not-so-clean bathroom. Probably the worst room I've ever stayed in. I would not recommend.

Wow the quality of this hotel is NOT good ….. was there for all of 10 min before I realized this hotel had stained Comforters and Bug of some sort on the floor … we said No way and left. Now I will say front desk was good to deal with Kindly refunded my money and let me out of the stay ! So customer service was a win !

One Night Stay

The photos provided, in my opinion, were deceitful. The rooms looked bigger in the photos. The hotel was less clean than I anticipated. We had trouble closing the front door and the bathroom door. Even though there was no smoking allowed, the covers did smell of smoke residue. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and there was hair, along with fuzzies in the covers. The staff on the other hand were very nice and friendly.

The hotel needs a lot of work on the outside . The inside looked to have been remodeled with new flooring but the rest needed help . Beds were comfortable and the room was clean and cleaned daily . On our first night there our friend who was in the room next to us had some people try to break down his door looking for a certain person . He told the front desk about it and the lady just said shoot them if they come back or call the law . Their parking lot has signs in it saying “ guest parking owner assumes all risks “ I just didn’t find this to be a hotel that hotels.com would be proud to send patrons to . We just were disappointed in the motel . The pictures made it look nice.
