Pools were great, staff responsive. Italian restaurant was HORRRIBLE. Every other restaurant was decent. Drinks are just ok, nothing special. Access to XCARET park was wonderful!!! Loved that it was included.

The resort was clean. They work very hard and service is exceptional. Activities team is fun and good group of young people. Rooms are a little on the small side but you don't spemd much time in the room. Overall great vacation.
