"Check-in was relatively easy and un-complicated, even though we arrived after hours. The property manager, Marilyn, was friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. There wasn't really any information in the room about what was available nearby or even the fact that there is an ice machine on site and no ice bucket is provided, so we went our whole stay without ice because we didn't know. The kitchen supplies are barely adequate for one, much less two. There were two of each thing, but...

"Because of the graduation at VT their prices were inflated (all hotels & motels were) but it was the cheapest I could find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The place is older and could use some renovating. Overall a good place to stay, nice friendly staff."

"The property was pretty clean, no bugs, but the room smelled very strongly of disinfectant, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and there should have been one or two more towels. The bed was very comfortable."
