Even had to pay for coffee in am We should be refunded This was the absolute worst place I've ever stayed in my life. I really think I may have to stop using your app. I don't know if I can trust it again. Made me cry."

"Checked into a room. There was no toilet seat on the toilet as it was laying in the floor. There was no shower curtain, the towels were stained, the drawers were all broken and missing handles, there was trash in the drawers, the bedspread was dirty with burn holes in it. There was no remote, no ashtray and the AC unit looked like someone had taken off the front and didn't put it back on all the way. It was disgusting! I quickly complained and went and stayed somewhere else. "
