"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had an early flight out the next morning so didn’t get to enjoy breakfast. They did off to bring us a little breakfast tray early, but sadly they must have forgot as we never got it. But the room was beautiful, had a cute nespresso machine in it and the bed was comfy. Overall a lovely stay! "

"First the staff was so helpful and friendly. The place was perfect for our 5 day stay. Close to a grocery store . Only issue was the washer /dryer combo. Not like in Canada so drying was difficult but a holder was provided. The had coffee and tea for us which was a nice bonus. I plan on using this company again when i travel to Scotland or Ireland."

"Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

"Our apartment was tired looking, cleanliness can be improved. The complex is located a good 20mins walk from the city centre. There isn't much around the area. Pro: the kitchen is equipped with plates, cutlery, microwave, nespresso machine and tea and coffee facilities so it is useful if you want to cook some meals. Note that if you want to leave your luggage you need to pay for a storage locker and you pay £5 for 3hrs. We had 2 small carry on so it could fit in one locker"

"An overall excellent stay in a handily-located hotel in the city centre. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful to a person and a credit to themselves and the hotel. The room wasn’t huge but had everything I needed for a two night stay. The air con worked marvellously, as did the blackout curtains. I appreciated having light switches over the bed as well as copious plug sockets. However, the breakfast was simply not good enough for a hotel at this price point. A Premier Inn or a Travelodge...

"Great to have two double beds in the twin room Spa area, whilst small was a really nice add on. The bar shut a little bit early at 11pm The breakfast was fresh with an extensive choice but didn't cater particularly well for vegetarians (both of us are) with no veggie sausages/ haggis/ bacon. The staff were really helpful, polite and kind"

"It was a great spot, with a 15 minute walk into the Royal Mile. It was close to restaurants. The room was big enough for the 3 of us. The owner was very nice and helpful. We were given fresh towels each morning and we would stay again. "
