"I think the property was friendly to pets. It had a lot of room in the front & back yard, along with a lot of space in the living room & kitchen. The bed is big, so your pet could definitely sleep with you on it or they could go into the guest bedroom too. There is a massage chair that was definitely relaxing & the place was clean"

"The lobby is cute. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was good.
We asked for an additional room as my mom was sick and they just messed everything up. We got locked out of two rooms and were told we no longer had the rooms. Then we were given another room that had obviously not been updated. It was on the far side of the hotel that worried us with the surrounding environment.
We won't be staying there again."
"We booked this hotel because it was walking distance to the Egan Center where we needed to meet the shuttle bus for our Alaskan cruise. The hotel is very basic but met our needs for a place to sleep for one night. The room was clean and the breakfast was what we expected. The AC works great and there is a larger mini fridge and microwave, which are nice amenities. But the hotel definitely needs updating. The furnishings are old and worn. There is no art on the walls which is strange for a city that values art. Even modest changes such as new carpet and entrance rugs and replacing worn furnishings would make a positive difference."
"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. In my opinion, the Wyndham Ramada brand should not be associated with a hotel in this condition.
From the moment we arrived, the environment felt unsafe and poorly managed. There were individuals loitering around the property, including one person who appeared to be under the influence while helping themselves to complimentary coffee. Throughout the night, there was constant noise from the room above us, including furniture being moved for hours. There was also frequent vehicle traffic coming and going from the parking lot late into the night, creating additional concerns about safety and security.
The condition of the room was unacceptable. There was a used, dirty hand towel left in the bathtub. Although the toilet had a sanitary seal attached, when I removed it, the toilet contained urine and used toilet paper, indicating it had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.
I reported these issues to the front desk, but no corrective action was taken. Given the cleanliness, safety concerns, and lack of response from hotel staff, I do not believe the accommodations met reasonable standards for a paying guest.
I am requesting a full refund for this stay. Had I taken the time to read the recent reviews before booking, I would have chosen a different property."
"The room was big, the bed was comfy, we had a problem with the heat, but they fixed it immediately. It's right next to the train station, so be prepared for train whistles all night long. But we enjoyed our stay here, and they had a shuttle that took us to the train station in the morning. So it was exactly what we needed."
"Not Recommended.
It has poor maintanance.
Mat smells and watery.
Bath tub has issues.
response is low.
shuttle service also poor.
Bf section is just ok."
