I would recommend to wipe down baseboards on occasion as it will improve the cleaning rating. Shower, sink and toilet were all clean & in good condition. Bed was comfortable and bedding in good condition. Vinyl plank should be mopped after every traveller's stay if not done already. I have been in a few where you don't want to take your shoes off. "Nice old style motel. Clean room, quite large. Rather noisy shower fan and water was quite cool in shower late at night. By busy road but plenty of restaurants within walking distance."
