"No hot water unless me you run the water for over 10-15 mins before getting in. They left a used dirty soap bar with some brown stuff on it in bathroom. Elevator is sketchiest elevator I’ve seen in a long time. Consistent noise outside. TVs are so cheap and outdated it’s sad. I couldn’t wait to leave. "

"This is the most perfect hotel I have ever been to, and I travel A LOT. Location is close to everything, in the vibrant upscale Brickell part of Miami, incredible room service, stunning pool, housekeeping and turndown service was an 11/10. The only downside is I don’t know how I will be able to stay anywhere else but Four Seasons in the future. Thank you for the incredible service and memories! I will be back as soon as possible. "

They give you shampoo conditioner, and body wash as well as all the towels you want they let us store our stuff in the closet while we waited to check in and on our last day, they manager called to check check-in and give us a late checkout. "If you are looking for bare bones, clean, safe place to sleep- this is it. There is someone to greet you, but otherwise it’s an unmanned hotel. You get a code to get in and out, no room keys. The only amenities is a beach chair with your room, you still have to pay for an umbrella, but for the price of the room based off location alone it’s perfect. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the beach, coffee next door, beautiful dinner and bar 1 space and 2 spaces down. We will absolutely return, and...

"The stay at was excellent, the staff and management were very accomodating and understanding. The communication was excellent.The rooms were comforatable and CLEAN. The location was steps from the main beach strip. There were lots of amenities steps a way as well. I would recommend it to my friends and family and would stay again. We look forward to returning."
