"Very clean rooms."

"Breakfast is better than normal motel fare. Rooms are good, pool was good, and location of right next to main street but quiet. However, no room cleaning, our hvac unit we in a sorry state of affairs and sofa bed and roll away bed were very uncomfortable."

"The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! "Room was ok. Shower was huge and water pressure was great. Good breakfast. Pool was out of service so that was a big bummer."

"Cleaning staff is quite noisy. Breakfast should be served at a more reasonable time, perhaps between 7 and 10 a.m., instead of the current 6 to 9 a.m. The folding bed is outdated and uncomfortable, and the springs are felt. Instead of providing numerous shampoo and conditioner bottles, consider offering lotion bottles as well. Additionally, the air conditioner does not blow cold air."

"I liked clean room & daily fresh towels. Parking is good although sometimes guests park in front of my room & i have to then haul my suitcases to only spot I could get against the fence. Not usual occurance but frequent enough to be annoying. Refrigerator is good but it nearly freezes everything on the lowest setting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"I called to confirm with the property that my reservation was canceled. I spoke with Expedia who shared they would reach out but I wanted to be safe and follow up. I spoke with Barbra, who was amazing. Actually someone who should be running the place after my experience. She advised I call in the morning and speak with Mike or Kim - the managers on site. "Scammed out of hard earned money. The clerk claimed to not have my reservation even though everything was confirmed and she tried to double to cost. I rejected the offer. Still haven’t received a refund for the reservation they supposedly didn’t receive. Seems pretty fishy to me."

"Private, cozy place that’s comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. Nice small town area but easy access to Hamburg, Orchard Park, and Buffalo. "

"Nice for a 'no frills' motel. Do not like that not all doors shut all the way, gaps at top n bottom. Floor was quite damp outside bathroom, and bathroom floor was extremely slick."

"Place is very run down and clearly was just recently reopened. Renovations are currently underway but until then, the place is not great."
